Restaurant Marc Forgione is seeking a pastry cook who has at least two years experience in pastry production. You will be responsible for the quality of components of desserts made by you and the rest of the pastry team, petit fours, baking bread, and ordering as needed. Candidate must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail.
Our Approach: Fine dining meets rustic chic in our unique location. We use the finest purveyors, foragers, and farms to create a menu that is unique and sustainable. Menu is constantly changing based on seasonal ingredient availability.
