This position analyzes the replenishment segment of our business, while also handling the reporting & auditing of total company Supply, Demand & Inventory. The role often partners with other Planning areas, as well as the Procurement, Merchandising & Finance teams. Demand: Analyze sales performance of Replenishment styles to assist with demand plan Review inventory position of styles & collaborate with procurement to address shortages Handle impromptu requests for reporting/analysis, & assist in preparation of business meeting Total Company: Report on total company inventory position and reconcile variances to plan Audit balance of Demand & Supply, collaborating with Procurement & Commercial teams to address risks & opportunities Track disposition of inactive inventory to ensure achievement of financial targets Support development of inventory, receipt & shipment plans 2 years experience with planning &/or analysis Retail, Wholesale or Supply Chain experience required Reporting &/or data management experience required Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data & create planning models Strong written & verbal communication skills Exhibits strong problem solving skills, attention to accuracy & ability to reconcile various data elements Comfortable with ambiguity and adjusts shifting priorities with appropriate sense of urgency
